    We are currently looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team.  The Account Coordinator will strategize with clients by listening, interpreting their needs and advising on products and solutions to meet their requirements.  They will establish strong customer relationships and be the point-of-contact for the customer throughout the production process.  The ideal candidate for this position is service & detail oriented, with a customer-first mentality, great work ethic and enthusiastic personality. 

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
    • Handle communications with customers in a professional manner
    • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Proven record of customer service and/or sales skills
    • Must successfully pass background check and drug screening

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist walk-in customers with order pick-up and solutions for new projects
    • Answer customer inquiries via phone & email
    • Maintain communications between production team and customers throughout the production process
    • Assist sales team with customer follow-ups and re-orders
    • Follow-up on client projects to ensure production quality and accuracy

    Education & Experience:

    • College degree in Communications, Business or Graphic Arts preferred
    • Two plus years of experience in a customer service environment
    • Knowledge of printing / prepress is a plus 
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
