    We are a leading commercial/digital printing company and marketing services provider in search of a strategic operations leader to join our team.

    The Profile

    A proven leader with a high degree of expertise in production management and a vision for the future. This individual will be leading a team dedicated to satisfying the needs of our clients and to our company’s growth and profitability.

    The successful candidate will need to possess the following attributes:

    Understanding of multiple facets of the printing/graphics industry, including pre-press, digital printing, direct mail, variable data printing, wide format printing, bindery/finishing, fulfillment, and shipping.

    Strong technical management background. Proficiency with Mac, PC, Printsmith and Adobe Creative Suite software.

    Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

    Experience managing people and commitment to employees’ professional growth through mentoring, training, cross-training, and accountability.

    Commitment to continuous improvement, goal setting, and follow through.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Experience in oversight of purchasing and inventory control.

    A leader who is self-motivated, who takes personal responsibility for achieving the company’s vision and mission, and who inspires others to do the same.
