As our plans and goals continue to grow, so too does our corporate family! We are eagerly looking for a Regional Director – Remote Franchise Support to join our team.
The Regional Director is responsible for working with PostNet franchisees to grow center revenue through effective coaching on operations, sales, training and marketing. This includes Strategic Business Planning, successful onboarding, continued training, compliance, and revenue generating operations that allow the owner to successfully increase their center sales. Strong emphasis on working with each Franchisee to build a customer-focused sales culture that provides value for the PostNet end customer. This position can be located in Colorado or any of the Northern/Central States.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
Support owners and their sales efforts in an assigned territory.
Create annual regional sales plan to reach Regional sales goals that align with the annual PNI budgeted growth goals.
Work with Marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts to grow Center sales.
Collect and share best practices as it relates to sales and marketing activities at Center level.
Provide consistent subject matter for iPostNet articles.
Facilitate the annual Strategic Business Planning process
Provide sales and sales management coaching to achieve Strategic Business Planning Goals
Requires approximately 50%-70% travel.
Conduct monthly/quarterly Strategic Business Plan accountability calls with Franchisees
Provide coaching on PostNet identified revenue generating programs and products
Work directly with the Training team to develop and implement effective sales training programs
Provide field and classroom training within assigned territory and for new Owners
Develop and deliver sales focused training at annual conference
Document all Franchisee interactions
Provide a Weekly Report to supervisor.
Facilitate a Focus Group if called upon to do so.
Work with and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Franchisees receive support that drives sales efforts and sales growth
Work with new owners in the Onboarding Process to assist with owner related sales and marketing coaching
Performs office or non-manual work directly related to the management or general business operations of the company
Perform all responsibilities within annual budget requirements
Dedicate a full time effort to achieve requirements and responsibilities
Exercises discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
The following are the qualifications required for the Regional Director:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
Experience in the Print or Shipping industry
Experience in the Franchising industry
Or over 5 years related experience and/or training.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Annual base salary in the $95,000 to 100,000 range based on experience - (Compensation variable depending on location)
Team and individual performance-based bonus up to 20% of your annual salary.
