    As our plans and goals continue to grow, so too does our corporate family! We are eagerly looking for a Franchise Development Senior Director, AlphaGraphics, to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado.

    This position is responsible for managing a pipeline of candidates through a Discovery Process, resulting in the issuance of a Franchise Agreement. This position makes effective use of leads generated from various franchising marketing channels as well as proactively networking to identify independent print/sign companies to target. This position reports to the VP Retail Network Development.

    WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU: The primary duties and responsibilities of the Franchise Development Regional Director are as follows:

    Managing a pipeline of candidates specifically for Franchise opportunities

    Network with broker systems

    Attend tradeshows as needed

    Maintain timely and accurate records/updates in Fran Connect (CRM) related to all pipeline candidates

    Achieve key metrics associated with Franchise Development growth plans annually

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: The following are the qualification requirements for the Franchise Development Senior Regional Director:

    Must be an effective communicator: both written and verbal

    Take charge/pro-active consultative selling style

    Excellent interviewing and interpersonal skills

    Must be able to function in a team oriented "open-space" environment

    Must be proficient in Word, Excel with a working knowledge of PowerPoint

    Extensive experience in some CRM platform

    Minimal travel is required

    5+ Franchise sales experience required

    Experience in the print/sign industry is a plus

    Outstanding reputation

    Strong financial and accounting expertise

    Entrepreneurial attitude and team player

    Compensation: Annual base salary $85,000 - $95,000 based on experience, plus "on target" commissions around $105,000
