As an established market leader in the Design, Print, and Shipping space we empower our network of owners to build upon AlphaGraphics’ and PostNet’s demonstrated recipe for success and continuously push the creative boundaries for our end customers.

We are looking to continue the growth of our team by bringing on a Purchasing Specialist to help lead our logistics, vendor management, and events planning. The incumbent of this role will be detail-oriented while focusing on providing the best experiences for our franchisees.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

Manages pre-opening procurement logistics for all new franchised centers

Maintains cost of new center materials and products

Sources new vendors with competitive pricing, leveraging a GPO, purchasing in volume and value engineering products when possible

Co-manages corporate vendor relations, RFPs and contract negotiation

Assists with annual conference logistics from vendor perspective ensuring marketing and registration deadlines are met.

Ensures the vendor expo is properly set up and executed

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

3+ years of Corporate Purchasing experience

Effective communication skills

Expert level Excel skills

Ability to travel as required

Great attention to detail

Self Motivated

Base Salary of $70,000 - $80,000/year
