AlphaGraphics Irving/Las Colinas is looking to add to our team! We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken Business Development Representative to assist our company in expanding our customer base and generate new sales. The sales development representative's responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and connecting customers with the right salesperson.

To be a successful sales development representative, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical and mathematical skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Prospecting through networking, lead generation, cold calling, and marketing efforts to local businesses.
• Follow up on in-store lead opportunities.
• Attend various community events as required.
• Utilize MIS System/PC software to maintain customer databases.
• Create customer estimates and follow up on key opportunities.
• Develop and penetrate accounts through relationship building.
• Implement a consultative and solution selling strategy.
• Timely reporting of activities and results.
• Meet or exceed performance goals.
• Attend various internal meetings and training sessions.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have (2) years of experience with business development or outside sales or working with a Printing company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to overcome objections.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Solid computer skills.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Self-Starter/Self-Motivated.
• Professional appearance.
• Strong work ethic and values.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
