SALES SUPPORT – PRINT + SIGN SHOP

Alpha Graphics on University in Tempe __ is seeking a top performer to add to its Sales Support Team. As a Sales Support team member, you will work directly with our Account executives to assist them in maintaining and growing business relationships with existing clients and to assist them with acquiring new business.

Print, Copy & Sign Shop, or Implant Print Operations Experience is required, only those with these areas of work experience will be considered for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work directly with our team of Account Executives and their clients.
• Perform project research to determine the best path forward for any given project.
• Process orders in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner.
• Enter estimates and orders in our MIS System, EFI PrintSmith Vision.
• Be proactive, investigative, and promote the company's capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous print support or industry experience required.
• Able to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Macintosh or PC Computer proficient
• Knowledge with graphics design application programs, InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite / Workspace – Slack or Teams.
• The spirit of tenacity, follow-up, and follow through until all facets of a project are complete
• EFI Printsmith Vision experience or similar MIS for the print industry.
