Alphalete Marketing is based in the beautiful city of Irving and needs candidates local to the DFW area to join their team ASAP (This is NOT a remote position). Alphalete Marketing works with a number of clients, and they need representation across the DFW region at our private site events. Alphalete Marketing has just moved into newly renovated offices and maintains a fun and enthusiastic working environment, excellent social calendar, weekly pay, and PAID training.

MARKETING ASSISTANT -THE ROLE

You will be joining an upbeat and motivated team on an entry-level basis, you'll provide marketing support for lead generation and building brand awareness. The company has two objectives; to become the market leader and to retain customer loyalty. Some of the duties include but are not limited to:

• Organizing marketing events and tradeshows at our private sites across DFW

• Assisting the marketing director with developing the marketing plan

• Organizing promotional events and campaigns

• Creating and communicating advertising and marketing materials

• Promotion of our client's products and services to customers on a face-to-face basis

• Completion of a small number of sales daily

• Face-to-face customer interactions at our branded, private site events within a retail setting

• Data capture of new customer information

MARKETING ASSISTANT - THE PACKAGE

• We offer a base salary of up to $500 per week for all new candidates. There is also the option to earn bonuses and incentives (completely uncapped!)

Qualifications

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL

• Be open-minded, bubbly, and outgoing & love working with customers face to face

• Be an idea generator – we love new ideas and a fresh outlook on how we can improve

• Be a great communicator

• Be well organized

• Super bonus points if you have experience within a sales or marketing environment or have a marketing or business degree*
