As one of our Brand Ambassadors, your unflappable nature and personal approach will give our customers the confidence you'll get them the product or service that is just what they need. Our Brand Ambassadors deal with people from all walks of life every single day, so you'll need to be able to build rapport with customers quickly, speak clearly and listen intently whilst working out how to solve problems to keep our customers happy.

Qualifications

BRAND AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide a consistent positive experience for all customers and clients
• Contribute to the overall success of the company through a team centric approach to client engagement.
• Stay informed of individual daily, weekly and monthly goals; develop strategic plans to positively impact individual business goals.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

BRAND AMBASSADOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong oral communication skills
• Excellent problem-solver
• A reliable source of transportation
• Previous customer service experience (preferred)
