    Alphanumeric is hiring Work from Home Customer Service Representatives to provide friendly phone assistance for client customers for a 6

    • 8 minimum call center. Accepting applicants from North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, West Virginia, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. Highlights: -Remote work following Eastern time -Great team environment -Paid remote training -Equipment provided -Work with a client who is committed to caring for their customers -Inbound calls -No selling, this is not a sales position -401k -Optional Medical insurance Responsibilities
    • Role/: -Associates will need to answer questions from a list of client FAQs -Associates will need to learn client's system to transfer calls when specific information is needed. -Ability to deescalate upset callers and learn when to escalate the call further. -In addition: -Call handling / Soft skills experience -Computer navigation -Work entirely remote -Respond promptly and in a professional manner, answer the question accurately, or transfer the call to appropriate staff for completion. -Follow established protocols and procedures. -Document all calls clearly and concisely and complete follow -up work. -Help team maintain answer rate, speed of answer and other measures to department standard. -Meet individual goals for calls taken, calls tracked, quality assurance, etc. Required Education
    • Any of the following: High school diploma / Bachelor's Degree / military Required Qualifications
    • Available to work remotely in distraction free environment
    • High Speed Internet, over 2MBPS download and upload speed
    • At least one -year customer service experience
    • At least one -year office experience, working with calls
    • Ability to sit for long periods of time
    • Ability to work scheduled hours between the hours of 8:30 AM
    • 6:00 PM, with 2 scheduled breaks and lunch
    • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
    • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers particularly the elderly population
    • Excellent written, verbal communication, and active listening skills
    • Organized and attentive to detail
    • Strong computer skills with emphasis on Office 365, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, Windows
    • Reliable, punctual, quick study: Able to quickly pick up computer software and work processes
    • A positive attitude and work well in a team environment
    • Excellent typing skills 40 plus WPM
    • A customer focused problem -solver
    • Able to multi -task: converse with customer while documenting call directly into database, perform various tasks and assignments with multiple deadlines and work in a fast -paced environment
    • An excellent phone presence with a friendly voice
    • Maintain client confidentiality
