Alpine IQ is a data and marketing solutions provider for cannabis retailers and cultivators in North America. We are looking for a Key Account Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for an outgoing individual with a positive attitude and energy willing to grow with the company while handling our highly respected customers. Our ideal candidate is a passionate and organized professional who has worked for a SaaS software previously and is not morally against cannabis as a consumer-packaged good. This is a full-time, remote position with benefits and unlimited time off.
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will have a heavy focus on helping each new customer configure their Alpine IQ portal to match their specific requirements, training the customers and their staff, and doing whatever it takes to ensure our customers are set up for success.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Sales team to understand customer needs and nuances to make sure the onboarding experience is satisfactory
Perform CSM and Onboarding responsibilities by assisting customers through the account set-up process while advocating for best practices
Lead training sessions throughout the onboarding process and provide quality email, phone and Slack support Work closely with the Onboarding team, Customer Success Managers and VP of Customer Success to identify optimizations as the platform evolves and changes
Become a product expert and be the leader in implementation, improving, and innovating any support and onboarding resources
Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure that customers are set up for success by the end of onboarding
Understand customer needs in order to customize their onboarding journey when needed
Identify areas of upselling opportunities and account growth
Work closely with the IT support team while constantly advocating for client needs
Strive to achieve extremely good customer satisfaction through surveys and questionnaires
Provide strategic guidance for loyalty, marketing, and data analytic implementation
Act as an advocate and representative between the client and Alpine IQ
