Position Summary

Greet all guests and owners with a warm welcome and create a hospitable environment at The River Club. Assist with handling luggage, guide or escort guests to units, and provide shuttle and equipment services.

Part-time or Full-time shifts are available. This is a tipped position.

Essential Job Duties

Extend warm greetings to guests and owners upon arrival and provide prompt, excellent service during their stay.

Assist with handling luggage at check-in and checkout and escort guests to units.

Provide private shuttle rides to guests and owners upon request while exercising safe driving habits.

Exhibit strong knowledge of Telluride and the surrounding area to promote activities and services and direct guests to destinations.

Maintain clean and neat work areas, including shuttle and common areas.

Other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

EDUCATION: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Hospitality operations experience preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS: AM/PM shifts and weekends. Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Outgoing, friendly demeanor, professional appearance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to the safety of self and others. Ability to communicate effectively and to perform job duties with minimal oversight. Able to work with flexible schedules and weekend shifts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs, climb stairs regularly, and sit and stand for long periods.
