What do we need from you?

• 3 to 5 years' experience in the service and repair of commercial or residential HVAC equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
• EPA certification (although additional HVAC certs would be great too).
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

• You won’t have to report to an office – just get in your company truck from home and off you go.
• Work independently on diverse equipment including but not limited to roof top units, split systems, air handlers, heaters, and EMS, all in commercial locations.
• Troubleshoot and perform corrective service repairs and maintenance work on HVAC / Refrigeration and associated equipment. Perform scheduled tasks and respond to HVAC / Refrigeration service calls.
• Initiate measures to improve equipment performance without worrying about selling or anything other than the equipment.

Alpine, a Helios company compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $25/hour in our lowest geographic market up to $45/hour in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Alpine's compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
