Job Summary

We are currently seeking someone to fill several roles at our cafe, including barista, food runner, and busser/floater. This job requires flexibility, as it wears many hats, and the responsibilties differ one day to the next. The hours are part time, approximately 20-25 hours, or 3-4 shifts per week, but could lead to full time if desired.

Responsibilities

Produce drinks with consistently high quality and latte art

Prepare batch drinks like iced teas and cold brew coffee

Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-maintained

Open or close the cafe and bar

Talk about specialty coffee with customers

Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service or restaurants

Prior experience as a barista

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, upbeat attitude
