The Nazarene is hiring team members to lead our exhibition to success in Dallas. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Seeking captivating, reliable, hard-working individuals with strong customer service backgrounds to be part of our Exhibition Floor Staff Team!

Exhibition Floor Staff and Ticketing position basic duties:

Ensure the policies & procedures of each experience within the exhibition is operating our standards.

Ensure all elements of the The Nazarene experience are running to safety standards.

Provide world class customer service to our guests, facilitating guest feedback and concerns to relevant management as necessary.

Provide continual security presence throughout the experience, facilitating guest issues as necessary along to management.

Work as a team member to carry out other responsibilities as situations, emergencies, or special events arise.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Previous professional experience in a hospitality, or customer service role strongly preferred.

Basic Knowledge of the New Testament

Fluency in English a must and Spanish an asset.

MUST BE available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. If this availability does not exist, kindly do not apply.
