    We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: • Remember to use the latest market trends, check out properties around the area, research data, visit sites, and reach out to people to figure out the value and shape of the property • Be the go-between for sellers and buyers to make sure everything goes smoothly • Study the real estate market trends and geography and get the necessary paperwork ready for the sale • Keep an eye on leads and follow up on them • Use the CRM system to keep track of contact interactions and sales processes • Make more than 100 calls to warm leads without making any cold calls • Attend meetings and training sessions with the team when needed • Go above and beyond to exceed company goals and quotas Qualifications: • Experience in sales • A Great communicator and can think on my feet to solve problems • Good at managing time and staying organized • A go-getter who's always looking to achieve more • Confident, proactive, and love a bit of healthy competition • Passionate about sales and have a proven track record of success • Always flexible and enthusiastic Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly in commissions
