    We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated Customer Sales Representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: • Answer calls from seller leads in a timely manner and drum up leads using our CRM system • Provide smooth and friendly hand-off to one of our Sales Representatives • Sense of urgency for goal achievement across varied activities and simultaneous projects • Relationship and rapport building through outbound calling with a focus on achieving the engagement and commitment of others • Pre-screening sellers based on seller motivation level, sense of urgency, and other lead-selling indicators • Quick decision-making in response to changing conditions when speaking directly with potential customers • Set appointments for Outside Acquisitions Managers based on seller motivation and equity • Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in company CRM Qualifications: • Proven track record of success in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and drive to succeed • Sales Experience is a plus • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills Compensation: $6 - $8 hourly
