We're looking for ambitious and energetic leaders to start in entry level sales and marketing as entry level marketing associates with the focus on training to grow within our organization. As we enter the new year, we want individuals who can train in running and operating local events in a training capacity to grow to upper management. Comprehensive training prepares our people for growth within our company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
• Basic sales and customer service
• Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the clients' brands
• Work directly with customers in assisting with sales
• Collaborate with team to create innovative ways to gain exposure for client products

Requirements:

• Experience working in marketing or advertising is great but not a requirement (server, retail, and customer service experience is a solid foundation)
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude and strong desire for upward mobility
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Influential desire for growth and personal development
