    Job Description

    The Project Manager is responsible for the overall project management of our installed sales program, to include safety and jobsite management, quality, labor recruitment/management, light estimating, and general oversight materials and labor to satisfy the job scope. This position covers Atlanta, GA and surrounding territory (about a 50-mile radius).

    • Estimating methods include, but are not limited to, field measurements and interpretation/reading of blueprints.
    • Interface with Alside sales people and Customers to identify and understand the job requirements, specified products, and scopes of work.
    • Identify, screen, and manage a labor force that meets the corporate guidelines for job site deployment.
    • Manage contract fulfillment in the field to meet customer expectations.
    • Cost containment responsibilities in regards to labor and materials consumption, overruns, and shortages.
    • Identify/address potential areas of conflict between product specification, scope of work, or contractual obligations/expectations.
    • Manage the pricing and proposal process, to include strong communications with our centralized support team, customers, and homeowners.

    Qualifications

    • WINDOW AND SIDING EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED!
    • Must be a self-motivated professional with a fluent understanding of the exterior construction process.
    • Proficient in reading and interpreting project requirements, contracts, blueprints, and scope of work documents.
    • Must understand jobsite/construction safety requirements and compliance.
    • Working understanding of product/industry terminology.
    • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with labor base, customers, homeowners, and senior management/leadership. 
    • Ability to meet deadlines, communicate questions and concerns, and search for creative solutions when needed.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
    • Must meet all other corporate hiring requirements.
