Job Description
The Customer Service Rep. is the first impression of our agency therefore this is a critical position. The Customer Service Rep is the start of our sales, retention and customer service processes (strategy). We expect the Customer Service Rep to control conversations and convert all customer contacts to purpose driven processes. These processes include equal numbers of inbound and outbound calls. Gathering and recording information is to be done systematically. The goal is to retain, attract and up-sale clients at the highest possible return of investment (ROI). Lead gathering for financial products (AFS) are required. The Front desk sets the stage by maintaining professional appearance and orderly function of the office.
