    Responsibilities

    • Participates in technical design under the direction of the technical architect
    • Competent in technology for the platform; always focused on honing technical skills
    • Support the identification of projects risk and mitigations.
    • Delivers to specification with a high level of consistency, quality, and efficiently
    • Thoroughly tests their work
    • Serve as a liaison between partners and demonstrate understanding of client's structure, polices and operations.
    • Communicates with Tech Architect and Solution architect in a manner that leaves few assumptions about what the solution is supposed to do or how it should perform
    • You will also logically structure recommendations and supporting data to formulate a solid, logical and understandable business case
    • Surfaces opportunities to improve design when they see them
    • Adheres to standards at all times

    Skills Preferred

    • At least 7 years of experience in Sterling OMS implementation & support
    • In depth knowledge of Sterling OMS design, configuration and customizations
    • Knowledge of WebSOM & WebCOM modules in Sterling.
    • Experience in interface mapping of Sterling OMS with industry leading middleware applications
    • At least 6 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
    • At least 6 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
    • Extensive experience of application servers like JBoss.
    • In depth knowledge of SQL and database technologies e.g. Oracle, Cassandra.
    • Knowledge of UNIX systems.
    • Experience with CI/CD and related tools e.g. Git, GitHub, Maven, Ant, Jenkins in Dev, QA, Staging, and Prod environments, and project tracking tools like JIRA.
    • Lead a team of consultants in understanding as-is business and come up to-be business maps
    • Analytical and Communication skills

    Basic

    • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. 
    • At least 8 years of experience with Information Technology
