BS degree in an IT related field with 8+ years in development area
Prior experience with architecture planning tools and methodologies in Supply Chain Domain in Food / CPG Industry
Performed lead or architect role in Supply Chain technologies
10+ years as Lead/SME developer in Supply Chain area
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Leads Agile scrum
Provides domain specific expertise and guidance in architecture, design and application of industry standards in the implementation of innovative Customer applications and Vendor/Product software in Food Industry
Works to eliminate or limit customization of vendor software implementations
Provides Supply Chain domain specific technical expertise and leadership to develop integration solutions spanning business processes, operating systems, applications, vendor software and hardware platforms
Reviews and/or designs complex enterprise integration architectures for other Customer IT teams and makes recommendations
Develops and/or recommends standards, guidelines and best practices for Supply Chain domain in food industry
Partners with Business and IT leadership across functional areas to get buy in and builds ownership for transformation
Works with on-shore and off-shore teams of Customer strategic partners for development
Negotiates acceptable solutions to complex problems across multiple businesses within the Supply Chain technical domain
Oversees quality and output of development team on project tasks and documentation
Produces and maintains architecture documentation
Works and communicates effectively with all levels of management.
Act as the last level of escalation for support activities for a specific portfolio of applications or technologies.
