  • Responsibilities

    Looking for contract Microsoft Office Applications trainers to deliver 2 to 4 days of training per week at the following locations across the US:

    • Boston, MA
    • Morristown, NJ
    • New York City, NY
    • Arlington, VA
    • Raleigh/Durham, NC
    • Atlanta, GA
    • Schaumburg, IL
    • Irving, TX
    • Houston, TX
    • Santa Clara, CA
    • Los Angeles, CA

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Deliver Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) training programs (provided by client) for individuals who want to learn about the Microsoft Office suite of products. 
    • Conduct lectures, group activities, hands-on demonstrations, field questions, facilitate student discussions, and keep the class on task and adhere to the agenda.

     

     

    CANDIDATE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 3-5 years of Microsoft Office end-user training experience in an organizational or enterprise environment teaching all levels of Office 2007/2010 and 2013 classes
      • Word
      • Excel
      • Power Point
      • Access
      • Visio
      • Project
      • SharePoint End User Training

       

    • Relevant industry experience, including training in a group settings and supporting computer applications, or a combination of training, education and experience which provides similar knowledge, abilities and skills

    MUST HAVE SKILLS:

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
    • Excellent knowledge of training methods and best practices for end-user training on application software
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Exceptional presentation skills
    • Strong client service orientation
    • Professional and punctual demeanor 
    • Willingness to travel (limited travel is required)
     
    

    NICE TO HAVE:

    • Microsoft Office Specialist certification is preferred
