Execute all types of escrows inclusive of resale, refinance, REO, foreclosures and short sale transactions
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining social media networks and participating in professional organizations
Provide guidance to escrow team in all aspects of escrow process
Evaluating escrow team's performance annually, counseling for performance improvement and career development of escrow team
Responsible for or oversees:
Types escrows and primary amendments (i.e. vesting amendments, lender, rate and terms, legal description property addendum, etc.)
Packages new escrows and receipt deposits.
Handles general processing:

Docs to title
Title policies
Refunds checks
Orders demands, termite, HOA
Prelims
Package termite reports, mandatory disclosures, HOA docs
Opens title orders and insurance
Prepares estimated closing statements for buyer and seller; completes calculations by prorating taxes and interest
Status on files; handles the calendar and file notes
Meets with clients for loan document signing
Packages loan documents and closings
Closes escrow files by balancing and disbursing funds
Accountable for meeting business production levels
Responsible and accountable for assets under management, new account generation and increasing client base
