    Job Description

    CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER

    You are the primary contact for daily account activity and operational needs for issue resolution in eligibility, claims, plan setup, report requests and general inquiries for their assigned clients. You thrive in client management and know that exceptional service is your number one priority.

    DAY IN THE LIFE:

    • Client contact responsible for delivering quality operational service • Provide internal and external status, operational metrics and service level reporting • Provide issue resolution and service enhancements following proper procedures and process • Manage issue resolution across functional areas to insure on time delivery • Responsible for ongoing review of program setup and features • Provide input into the strategic planning for assigned clients • Foster service and system improvements to improve quality and service to clients • Provide system and operational training for Clients and team members • Handle ad hoc requests, following proper procedures and processes to insure quality delivery

    WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 2 – 5 years relevant account management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Benefits or Health Savings Account Administration • Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills in order work across the organization to achieve results for clients • Ability to anticipate areas of concern or risk • Ability to maintain grace under pressure when unexpected issues arise – embrace the unexpected! • Competent computer skills to perform essential functions, including Microsoft Office • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong focus on client satisfaction and client retention • Demonstrated ability managing multiple projects and ability to work cross-functionally to proactively resolve and communicate issues • Ability to define expectations, manage timelines and meet project deadlines
