Physical Therapist Tech Job Responsibilities and Duties: Supports physical therapy care delivery by preparing treatment area, patient, equipment and other materials under the supervision of a physical therapist or physical therapy assistant. Greet patients in a polite and respectful manner Assist our patients safely to get in and out of the practice as needed Make or receive phone calls to confirm schedule as needed Maintain clean and safe environment - sanitize tables and organize equipment Guide patients as directed by therapist while completing exercises Use computerized home exercise program to prepare written exercise program designed by therapist Prepare hot and cold packs Take inventory of supplies in clinic Physical Therapist Tech Skills and Qualifications: Ability to create a safe and an effective work environment Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Caring and compassionate Ability to work well with others and maintain team atmosphere.
