Job Description

The Operations Associate is an integral part of our Operations team and will be located at either our Union Square, Upper East Side, Tribeca, SoHo, or Midtown East showrooms and offices. They will be reporting to and working directly with the Director of Operations and the Alterations Manager of the location. The Operations Associate will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to our customers and building strong relationships with our valued partnerships throughout the city. They will help regulate and maintain our operational processes and take the initiative to develop them even further.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing excellent customer service to our clientele
• Corresponding with clients in person, via phone, and email
• Managing client information within CRM
• Maintaining operations of office/studio
• Taking initiative to identify issues within our locations and being able to construct and propose actionable solutions
• Implementing office systems, layouts, and garment procurement from various fashion brands
• Assigning and monitoring alteration completion and inputting into database
• Performing QC on garments based on Alteration Specialists’ standards
• Keeping management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends
• Contributing to team efforts

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Can work on Saturdays and has a flexible schedule
• Personable, professional, and able to work with high-end clientele
• Strong interest in fashion and sewing (and want to learn more)
• Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Attentive and detail-oriented
• Proficient in English
• Customer service experience (not mandatory)
