Responsibilities: • Build & Maintain Relationships – Engage with existing clients regularly via phone, email, and in person to strengthen and grow relationships. • Prospect New Business – Cold call and set up meetings with potential clients to develop new business opportunities. • Close Warm Leads – Take hot inbound transfers and guide them across the finish line to closed deals. • Negotiate & Close – Tailor deal structures, negotiate terms, and secure agreements that align with client needs. • Market Insights – Stay sharp by gathering and reporting customer feedback, buying trends, and market data to inform sales strategies. • Company Representation – Be a brand ambassador at trade shows, networking events, and client demonstrations. • Crush Your Goals – Hit and exceed individual and team monthly sales targets. • Performance Reviews – Analyze your sales performance to constantly improve and reach the next level. • Creative Deal Structuring – Customize offers to meet borrower needs and maximize win-win opportunities. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of sales experience , preferably in a B2B environment. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. • Coachability is a must – we invest in your growth, and we expect you to as well. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills. • Competitive mindset with high motivation and self-discipline. • Ability to build and maintain a strong client network and pipeline. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. • Solid business acumen and understanding of client needs. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed. Compensation: $150,000 + at plan with commission
