You will be responsible for connecting qualified business owners with our team. You will work very closely with management on every deal and with Commission the Average Sales Rep makes $5,000 Monthly & the Top Reps make on average $20,000 Monthly , Which one will you be?

This is a Sales Job , but we are Selling MONEY to businesses who desperately need it right now.

You will help businesses and merchants solve for their financial needs with crucial services such as payroll, equipment financing, real-estate, term loans, and Merchant Cash Advances. We will give you the tools and mentorship you need to build a pipeline of business, develop client relationships, and get capital into the hands of business when they need it to keep the American economy running.

Job Responsibilities

• Encourage customers to acquire funding through our funding partners by using a prepared script to reference important parts of what the company offers.

• Learn and understand the details of business finance products including business loans, merchant cash advances and lines of credit.

• Become familiar with financing options available to small-mid-size businesses

• Go off-script when necessary to build a relationship with customers or answer any questions they have not addressed in the script.

• Compose thoughtful and effective sales correspondence

• Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about our funding products.

• Update CRM database with new information every time a customer calls, and back up data regularly to protect sensitive customer information.

• Complete forms and record logs to create accurate, detailed files for each customer, providing insight into the target audience and what they want from the company.

• Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.

• Boost morale in the office by encouraging other sales representatives and adopting a team mentality on the sales floor.

• Report any necessary changes to equipment or processes that will boost productivity and efficiency and cut back on wasted costs

• Bilingual fluency a plus (not required)

Required Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Prior telephone sales experience
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
