    Key Responsibilities: As an Outside Sales Representative at Alternative Hose, you'll play a vital role in our success. Your responsibilities will include:

    Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and building strong relationships.

    Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed sales targets through prospecting, negotiation, and effective presentation skills.

    Territory Management: Strategically plan and organize your daily work schedule to maximize sales opportunities.

    Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, pricing, competitors, and product developments.

    Continuous Improvement: Recommend product/service enhancements and policy changes based on competitive insights and results.

    Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    Customer-Centric: A personable and friendly attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.

    Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales principles and the ability to apply them effectively.

    Previous experience in B2B sales, parts sales, counter sales, parts distribution, industrial distribution, hose and hydraulic is highly desired but not required

    Compensation:

    Guaranteed base salary with uncapped commission structure

    Bridge program for 12-24 months based on experience, providing financial stability as you build your sales pipeline.
