Client:

• We have been awarded and exclusive search with a global financial service organization that provides alternative investment solutions with products surrounding fund accounting, regulatory solutions and middle office services. This role is a high visibility role reporting directly to the Managing Director of all of our clients West Coast offices.

Job:

• Manager of Fund Administration

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of a team of accountants and fund controllers
• Oversee the day-to-day deliverables and accounting and reporting for Private Equity/Real Estate funds.
• Management of internal workflow
• Planning and allocation to staff to ensure client deadlines.
• Reviewal of things such as - General ledger activity, daily cash activity, wire transfers, bank reconciliations.
• Communication with external clients.

Profile For Success Includes:

• 5 years of public accounting experience, fund administration or direct fund experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
• 3 years of experience with overseeing a team of at least three individuals.
• Passionate about the Alternative Investment industry.
• Private Equity Accounting experience is a huge plus for this role.
