Our client, a globally recognized investment management firm is looking to break into the Charlotte market.

They're looking to add an Operations Associate within their Private Debt group.

• Collaborate with the investment team to track investment pipeline, mandates, and closing activities.
• Review and/or create essential materials for deal closing, including credit agreement review, funds flow preparation, and maintaining closing checklists and KYC requests.
• Coordinate with internal and external counsel on investment structure, entity creation, and ongoing monitoring of investment entities.
• Assist with Lead Agent responsibilities and oversee external 3rd party sub-agent services.
• Coordinate funding of DDTL and Revolver draws, involving syndicate members.
• Prepare and maintain leverage facility CMRs and compliance certificates.
