Client:

• Nationally recognized private investment firm with over 11$ billion across 80+ PE transactions is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their Real Estate business unit.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, financial statements, earnings release, and supplemental reporting.
• Work with deal team/front office members on all components of investment activity.
• Quarterly annual external and internal audit and SOX functions
• Research set policies related to complex transactions such as CLO's, structured financing and derivatives.

Profile For Best Success Should Include:

• 4-7 years of accounting experience in public and within an investment management firm is a plus.
• Background in Form 10-Q/K, earnings release, supplemental reporting, investor presentation, or similar public filings
• Must have real estate related or financial services company experience
• preferably at, or related to, a public entity.
