Overview:

• Our client is in search of a Quantitative Analytics Associate to contribute significantly to the success of the residential loan/securities business. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams within the organization, including Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Finance, and other departments.

Small Sample of Responsibilities:

• Design and implement model performance metrics to enhance overall analytical capabilities.
• Maintain and improve the existing pricing engine by incorporating insights from market dynamics.

• You possess a degree, with a strong preference for a master's degree.
• You demonstrate strong proficiency in Python.
• You have proven expertise in statistical modeling, financial mathematics, Monte Carlo simulation, and mortgage analysis.
• Prior experience with structured products, particularly residential mortgages, is advantageous but not mandatory.
  
• Able to be onsite in a gorgeous office in Dallas, TX 3-4 times a week.
