Alternative Staffing, Inc. is a locally owned staffing firm with over 20 years of experience in placing the right person into the right positions! We are proud to serve communities in the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs.

We are looking for a seasoned Staffing Manager to join our growing team in Bolingbrook, Illinois!

WHAT WILL OUR STAFFING MANAGER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Managing the staffing and recruiting process for the branch location
• Communicate regularly with our client contacts
• Manage order fulfillment process
• Track turnover
• Process payroll for the branch location
• Answer employee inquiries
• Complete and present reports to customers
• Attend client worksite tours and meetings

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE STAFFING MANAGER POSITION?

• Candidates with at least 5 years of staffing experience
• Candidates with at least 5 years of management experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Candidates with experience working with applicant tracking systems
