We are currently seeking to hire a Client Onboarding Executive to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with clients virtually, growing, and educating your team about our services and business practices while guiding them to make the best decisions to better their life.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Establish and manage your territories, by setting your own goals and growing teams.
● Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
● Report on team and individual performance.
● Execute innovative strategies through the virtual training provided to you
● Grow your book of business by duplicating a proven system while remaining humble and coachable.
● Seek opportunities to help existing clients and company leads provided upon successful completion of training.
● Resolve client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:
● Previous experience in sales, and/or customer service, or related field is a plus
● Must be honest, trustworthy, and full of integrity.
● Experience as a supervisor or manager is preferred, we will consider and train the right candidate.
● Ability to build rapport with new and existing clients
● Knowledge of relationship management and best practices
● Solution orientated with capabilities of working with multiple personalities
● Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services
● The ability to work from home virtually while staying focused and remaining goal orientated
● Strong leadership qualities and a success-driven attitude
