Our growing offices are looking to hire two Benefits Onboarding Advisors to join the team. The ideal candidate(s) will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction while matching client needs to products and services. Daily tasks include inbound/outbound calls, scheduling new appointments on the leads we provide, client reviews, data entry, and servicing requested benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● When a lead comes in, you skillfully pick up the phone and use your people skills to turn the provided leads into customers
● You enjoy connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs.
● From the office or from home the ability to adapt well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of our customers.
● Must like to help people, have fun, be driven, self-motivated, and enjoy interacting with new people on a regular basis.
● We work evenings and weekends but the schedule is flexible as we work around our employee’s work schedules.

REQUIREMENTS:
● A passion for helping others and providing consultative customer advice and service
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
● High level of ownership, accountability, and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
● Commitment to ongoing service, process, and efficiency improvements
● Comfortable managing client escalations and able to problem-solve creatively
● Able to work in a fast-paced environment
● Must have high-speed internet
● Basic knowledge of Google docs, Microsoft Office
● Life & Health Insurance License (we will help obtain)
● Personal laptop, reliable transportation
