Qualifications
WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have…
- You must reside in California
- You have national title experience inside or outside of California
- A customer service call escalation experience in the Real Estate Title industry
- Experience with call center operations developing resolution strategies and implementing action plans to resolve title issues
- Excellent conflict management skills including the ability to identify problems, research and analyze issues from different perspectives and to diffuse conflict and customer distress
