    Hubzu.com is looking for an experienced Email & CRM Marketing Manager.  If you are at the stage in your career where you have mastered email marketing and you are ready to put your stamp on building out a successful program, we are looking for you.  We have secured the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and will have an implementation vendor helping us customize it for our needs.

    Initially, this is an opportunity for you to work with our Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation vendor to suggest the templates we need and build out the system for us.  You will work with your manager to help instruct the vendor on how to get everything set-up.  Creating user journeys and email, sms triggers and collaborating with our Creative team will be your main goal.  Once the system is implemented, you will be responsible for running the day to day execution of our email marketing program.

    This role is not about writing copy or creating attractive emails, we have departments who help with this. It is all about formulating the best strategies and using data to guide your way. We want your vision and strategy to build out transactional pipelines through email, sms, and app push notifications.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Initially, your primary role will be to help instruct the Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation team with how to customize the platform to best serve the needs of Hubzu.com – this includes recommending templates, triggers and any other customizations that will make our CRM program a success.
    • Your ongoing responsibilities are to run the day to day execution of our email marketing program:
      • Work closely with the Head of CRM to define and execute on strategies for automated, triggered and manually sent communications.
      • Define what a successful long-term contact relationship looks like with our customers through the entire buying/selling journey.
      • Continuous and rigorous testing of copy, subject lines, CTAs, deployment times, and user experiences for CRM engaged customers.
      • Establish and monitor email marketing KPIs to improve Deliverability Rate, Open Rate, CTR and Engagement Rates.
      • Manage and review the quality and consistency of data captured across all customer touch points including the website, emails, alternate digital channels, etc. within our CRM environment.
      • Present regular reports and analysis to executives on the status and output of the CRM program, developing initiatives to help improve and drive customer data capture and engagement.

    THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

    • 5-7 years of Email Marketing expertise and a strategic mind! 
    • EXPERIENCE BUILDING OUT A SYSTEM LIKE SALESFORCE MARKETING CLOUD AND IDEALLY HAVING EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH AN IMPLEMENTATION VENDOR TO GUIDE THE VENDOR ON WHAT CUSTOMIZATIONS ARE NEEDED.
    • Proven experience working within CRM/Email marketing and or campaign management in a both a B2B and B2C environment is ideal. 
    • Demonstrated expertise in working with customer databases, data analysis, and building out intuitive and insightful data reporting mechanisms. 
    • Strong knowledge and experience in A/B testing alternate content pieces, subject lines, and various other features to gauge and report on changes in click frequency and user behavior. 
    • Comfort in working with data and using data to make decisions. 
    • A willingness to be bold and take calculated risks. 
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience a Plus. 
    • Previous experience using tools similar to Pardot, Marketo, Bronto, Eloqua. 
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional marketing resources.
