    We are seeking an energetic, creative, and motivated CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, SPRINGHOUSE TO onboard, build and maintain the existing client relationships. This is crucial to the success of our business unit. 

    WHAT YOU WILL DO...

    • Create existing client expansion roadmaps, client product/service gap lists, and pair with sales operations to leverage existing client data to present relationship management plans and roadmaps to senior executives within Altisource 
    • Onboard customers in a cohesive manner in order to ensure success, maintain ongoing Communication with your Clients and promote growing their business with Springhouse
    • Serve as an escalation point on technical and service-based concerns raised by clients and quickly/efficiently address and resolve escalated issues utilizing tracking tools 
    • Work closely with VMO to keep track of ongoing open order count, and ensure proper allocation of work and alignment with vendors’ capacity to complete within SLAs and quality expectations from both a transactional level and trend analysis level
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    AS A QUALIFIED SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT, YOU HAVE...

    • Previous experience managing clients as an inside Account Manager with a valuations or appraisal background is strongly preferred 
    • Working knowledge of valuations or appraisal operations, including the use of eTrac, Mercury and Acuity is preferred
    • The ability to communicate effectively and work through challenges in tight timelines
