    If so, Altisource would love to hear from you! ALTISOURCE, a leading provider in end-to-end services and technologies to the mortgage and real estate industries, is seeking an energetic, creative, and motivated CLIENT ADVOCATE to onboard, build and maintain the existing client relationships as well has a high level of interaction with Operations in understanding pipeline management.  This is crucial to the success of our business unit. 

    WHAT YOU WILL DO...

    • Create existing client expansion roadmaps, client product/service gap lists, and pair with sales operations to leverage existing client data to present relationship management plans and roadmaps to senior executives within Altisource 
    • Onboard customers in a cohesive manner in order to ensure success, maintain ongoing Communication with your Clients and promote growing their business with Premium Title
    • Serve as an escalation point on technical and service-based concerns raised by clients and quickly/efficiently address and resolve escalated issues utilizing tracking tools

     

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    AS A QUALIFIED SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT, YOU HAVE...

    • Previous experience managing clients as an inside Account Manager with a mortgage services or managing an Operations (Escrow, Title and Settlement Services) environment is strongly preferred 
    • Working knowledge of mortgage services operations (Escrow, Title and Settlement Services) including Resware is preferred
    • The ability to communicate effectively and work through challenges in tight timelines
