WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Create and facilitate online instructor-led learning for a large team of real estate agents as well as inside sales teams 
• Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs 
• Improve the design, delivery and continuous improvement of the New Hire Training programs 
• Create ongoing learning content and work with LMS team to build micro-learning and branch-learning programs

Qualifications

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

• Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, implement, monitor and evaluate.) 
• Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with trainees and hold audience’s attention during REMOTE training (web-based)
• Proven track record in content sourcing, creation, facilitation and editing, measuring and reporting. A history of success growing content programs through organic (search) and distribution channels.
• STRONG HISTORY AND KNOWLEDGE OF FHA PROCESSES, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN AND ADULT EDUCATIONAL/LEARNING THEORY AND PRACTICE
• Experience in working with Learning Management Systems, instructional design tools and technologies to design blended learning programs, as well as demonstrated skill in data analysis and data informed decision-making
• Detail-oriented and perform well under deadlines and in rapid change environments, with exceptional writing, teaching and speaking skills in English required, and Spainsh preferred
