A Client Coordinator will aid in increasing our market share, help with new customers, and be able to provide great customer service to our clientele. The Client Coordinator will have the opportunity to learn all the necessary skills and knowledge on our services in order to lead and train. Our goal, in this position, is to have professional representation of our clients as well as provide them with the right tools in order to have them fully manage campaigns.
Entry Level Client Coordinator Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience and guiding new customers through the process of utilitzing new products and services
Act as liaison for the client and the consumer
Utilize a positive track record of multi-state and international account management to maintain positive business relationships
Conduct ongoing market research to maximize client goals
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and in order to provide solutions and answer customer inquiries
Attend quarterly seminars for ongoing training and skill development
Communicate and implement new ideas with confidence by conducting market and brand research that is relative to the accounts assigned
Review strategies and track campaign progress to increase market reach
Entry Level Client Coordinator Qualifications:
