We have immediate openings for an exciting position as a Financial Advisor Trainee which will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to grow their skills in the financial services industry and be on a path towards a tremendous career as a Financial Advisor. This position involves establishing a relationship with clients using pre-set appointments to gather the information needed to provide them with a holistic financial/retirement plan in conjunction with your Registered Investment Advisor Team Leader. Our system does not require cold calling. This position is intended to train the right candidate to become a successful financial advisor and life insurance agent.

This position has significant potential for advancement into leadership and as well as unlimited earning potential for the right candidate(s).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete a general evaluation of potential client needs to ensure we provide our clients with a prudent retirement plan.
• Working with your team leader, provide our clients with a prudent and well rounded retirement plan that meets their needs.
• Contact existing clients to schedule periodic reviews.
• Complete in-house training programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Finance, Accounting, Marketing and/or Sales preferred).
• Minimum of three years of post college professional experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• If not already licensed, complete a life insurance licensing course with our approved vender and obtain a life insurance and annuity license within the first 14 business days.
• Series 65 license (or 6,7, 63 or 66), or willing to earn within 6 months
• A strong desire to succeed and willing to put in the work needed to become a successful future leader for the company.
• Ability to utilize common software programs (Google Docs, Zoom Video Conferencing etc.).
