Alton Refrigeration & Home Furnishings is always looking for a talented people to join our team! At present we are looking for secretarial staff to assist in the day to day operations. This position will most likely start as a part time position with the opportunity for full time.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries by answering and directing all incoming phone calls both timely and professionally
Perform general office duties, including input of sales orders and sales invoices, filing, and cash register transactions
Qualifications:
Previous office and/or customer service experience
Strong attention to detail, solid organization, and time management capabilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
working knowledge of quick books or other POS systems
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
General computer proficiency
