    Bilingual Spanish We are a busy private periodontal and implant practice with 6 providers located in Denver and seeking to add an amazing administrative team member! We are in search of someone who is professional, dependable, self-motivated, enjoys their time at work, embraces challenges, and relishes in making an impact in our patients' lives. Our practice is seeking a candidate who is bilingual (Spanish speaking) and possesses experience with insurance, customer service, effectively scheduling patients, and working within a team environment. Dentrix knowledge is a plus, but if our special candidate does not possess these skills or software knowledge, we will happily train! Our patients are our number one priority; therefore, our special candidate needs to be cheerful and pleasant on the phone and in person. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist patients upon arrival • Schedule new patient appointments and surgeries • Respond to calls and correspond with referring offices • Maintain the schedule and coordinate with back office staff • Collect payments, and consent forms, and verify dental insurance benefits • Ensure patient documents and records are up to date • Translate for all Spanish-speaking patients during check-in/out, over the phone, and during treatment conferences Qualifications: • Excellent telephone and customer service capabilities • Personable and professional attitude • Capable of managing numerous tasks simultaneously • Highly motivated • Prior experience in a dental office is preferred but not required Compensation: $58,000 - $62,000 DOE
