We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a strong attention to detail and understanding of accounting principals to further support the growth of our team. This position reports to the CFO located in our Belgium office and will work closely with the Accounting Manager locally. Your responsibilities will include:
Recording purchase invoices accurately both with or without purchase order matching
Processing and sending invoices for customer orders
Recording all banking and journal entries accurately in our ERP system
Sales tax filing in all necessary states
Reviewing all credit card charges and recording statement entries into the ERP system
Submitting all necessary reporting to the CFO
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
Experience working in accounting handling journal entries, taxes, and reporting preferred
Experience w/ Microsoft Dynamics 365 a big plus. Advanced experience working in excel required.
Must be well organized and detail oriented
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
