    Alvies is looking for an Operations Intern to help on a number of initiatives for our growing ecommerce brand. If you’re a college Junior or Senior looking to earn some credit and some sweet, sweet cash working for an early-stage ecommerce brand, you’ve come to the right place.

    This role will report to our Operations and Finance Manager, helping her with a number of projects that span customer relations, data analysis, marketing and logistics. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a variety of areas while getting a peek behind the scenes of life at a fast-growing ecommerce brand.

    WHO YOU ARE

    Our ideal candidate will have:

    A head for numbers and heart for boots/flops

    A friendly demeanor and positive attitude bordering on the annoying

    The ability to wear a lot of different hats throughout the day (both metaphorically and literally)

    Strong attention to detail

    Customer service experience is a plus — a determination to wow customers with every interaction is a must

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    Assist in a customer relations project thanking Alvies purchasers

    Perform research on industry information, tools, processes and other areas

    Pull and analyze data on business health, logistics and other key metrics

    Assist in planning and executing brand activations and promotions

    Pick up and ship product as needed

    Attend events and talk to customers about Alvies
