    MONDAY-FRIDAY FROM 9AM TO 4PM

    Bookkeeper for working professional

    Administrative Assistant- day to day book keeping

    Responsibilities

    • Deal with Quickbooks daily

    • Prioritize tasks and instructions given by Boss

    • General Office Work -Monitoring and responding to emails

    • Assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

    • Reconcile Accounts

    • Downloading utility bills, Bank statements and tracking costs on existing records for continuity

    • Weekly / Monthly Payroll

    • Maintain office/property supplies, ordering.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good command of the English language

    • Super Organized

    • Technologically savvy and eager to learn

    • Proficiency/experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks (Excel, Word, Office etc.)

    • Tech Savvy and savvy with Apple products

    Requirements:

    Reliable Transportation

    Bookkeeping (Quickbooks experience)

    College degree Required

    Must be vaccinated
