Job Description

My Client is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join their team! You will utilize "configuration support skills" to assist software customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone or electronically
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Serve as frontline support 
• Project Manage each issue from start to finish
• Track customer issues and resolutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience engineering or related fields
• Ability to code in .net or VBA
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Must have strong basic mathematic ability
• Positive and professional demeanor
• MUST LIVE IN ROCHESTER, NY - Do NOT apply if you live out of state!
